Loan Inquiry Form

Thank you for considering Carolina Community Impact, Inc. for your lending and financial services needs. To begin your loan application process, we ask that you complete this loan inquiry form and meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Business Status - you must own and operate a legal business in North Carolina, or plan to do so.
- Age Requirement - you must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Credit Repayment History - you must have credit showing a successful repayment history.
- Derogatory Marks on Credit - you must not have any recent judgements, foreclosures, or federal obligations in default.
Please note that while this loan inquiry form is used to begin the loan application process, submitting the requested information via this form does not perform any automatic credit checks, nor does it automatically begin verifying applicant details. Verification, credit checks, and related loan application steps are performed only after applicants meet with a Carolina Community Impact, Inc. team member for their phone consultation and, upon pre-approval, provide our team member with permission to further process their loan application.

Directions for Completing Your Loan Inquiry Form & Application
To best help address your financing needs, Carolina Community Impact, Inc. will assist you through the following process:
1. Loan Inquiry Form - You will begin this process by completing a few basic questions that provide us with your applicant details.
2. Loan Consultation - Upon completing your loan inquiry form, you will be asked to schedule a phone conversation at your preferred date and time with our team. It is during this call that we will learn more about you, your business, your goals, and your financial situation. In doing so, we will be able to provide you with either a loan pre-approval or additional guidance on what you may need to be pre-approved in the future. We can also provide you with additional resources to help assist you.
3. Application Documents - If pre-approved, we will ask that you submit the required documentation to verify your information (e.g. income, expenses, assets, etc.).
4. Loan Processing - Once the required documents are received, we will review and process the information you have provided. This part of the process can take up to three (3) weeks, and we will notify you upon completion.
5. Loan Agreement and Funding - If you are approved, we will send you a loan agreement and additional documents to sign. Once signed and returned, we will fund your loan electronically.
Please Note:
- Please submit the most current and accurate information available, as all final loan decisions are based on information that can be verified with documentation.
- Anyone with partial ownership in the business may be required to cosign on the loan. In some situations, a cosigner may also be requested to help strengthen the loan application.
- All cosigners must submit a separate co-application.
